CNC Routering

A CNC router is a computer controlled machine created for milling, drilling and cutting materials. . The main functions are to cut, engrave and carve objects out of a work piece. By introducing computer control to the process, the number of errors is drastically reduced.

Diecutting

These sophisticated machines allow our designers to create any shapes they want and share the files with multiple machine operators. They are capable of cutting precision shapes as small as a few millimeters in size.

Industrial digital die cutters are more versatile than most allowing us to cut sheet metal quickly and efficiently.

Die Making

Tool and die making, the industrial art of manufacturing stamping dies, plastics molds, and jigs and fixtures to be used in the mass production of solid objects.

The fabrication of pressworking dies constitutes the major part of the work done in tool and die shops.
